What is the best way to make an appointment to see a dentist?
If you would like to make an appointment to see one of our dentists, please call 02 9698 1273 to speak to our practice manager. If it is urgent, we will always do our very best to accommodate the patient.
My health care fund recommended that I see you as my dental care provider. Why is that?
100 Redfern Smiles is part of BUPA Members First Dental Network. We provide services to BUPA members at set prices according to BUPA.
I have private health care. How can I claim?
Our clinic has a HICAPS machine; simply bring your private health care card on your visit and instantly claim from your health fund. You can pay your gap by EFTPOS, credit or cash.
I don’t have private health cover. How can I pay?
100 Redfern Smiles is proud to be one of the best priced dentists in NSW. Patients can pay cash, EFTPOS or credit. If you require a payment plan, we can easily organise a schedule for you.
I’m terrified of the dentist but I need this work done. What do I do?
We aim to provide a comfortable experience. Please feel free to come in and meet our staff and talk to the dentist about the procedure. Knowing what will be done can take away a lot of the anxiety that comes with seeing the dentist. The staff at 100 Redfern Smiles are here to help you improve and maintain your dental health and we’re very friendly and easy to talk to.
Can my children receive dental treatment at your clinic?
We welcome patients of all ages into our clinic; if you would like to bring your child for their first appointment either with your own appointment or separately, please let our staff know when you make the appointment.
